Egg Hunt

Happy Easter!

Cameryn found her Easter basket hiding under her highchair after a little help from mommy and daddy. We had a really great Easter with our families. We went to church in the morning and then had both of our families over for lunch. Cameryn got her own fishing pole from Nana and Papa, a potato head and pajamas from Aunt Lindsey, and some new coloring books and an outfit from Grammy and Grandpa. Lucky girl!

Do You Wanna Go To The Zoo?

We went to the zoo this morning with Daddy, Kristi, and Andrew. It was a beautiful day and it felt so good to be outside after all of this rain we've gotten. We got to see the monkeys eat their lunch and then got to see one of the apes celebrate his 7th birthday! Boy did the apes have fun and they made a huge mess. There were presents, wrapping paper, easter eggs, and food all over the place.

Dying Easter Eggs!

We dyed Easter eggs last Sunday with Aunt Lindsey. Cameryn was interested in coloring the eggs for awhile and then when she lost interest turned to coloring the newspaper. I messed up the dye by adding too much vinegar and no water so we got some very interesting eggs this year. I thought they actually looked more authentic! :)

The Library and Painting

OUCH!!

Cam had a little accident at daycare on Wednesday. She was coming inside and tripped and fell face first into the deck. There were lots of tears according to Sharon but she was okay other than just being shaken up!

A Day At The Park!

We went to the park for a bit on Thursday night. Gymanstics was cancelled because most of Perrysburg lost power for 2 1/2 hours. It was hard to explain to Cameryn why we couldn't go to gymastics and she was very disappointed. The park made up for that though!

Easter Bunny!

We went to the Easter Bunny Breakfast at the Mongolian Barbeque on Saturday. Cameryn loved the Easter Bunny and couldn't get enough of him. She affectionately called him "My Bunny" by the end of the morning. Besides breakfast they also had crafts for the kids. Cameryn got to decorate an egg, make a bunny, and color.

Fountain Fun!

Ready, Set, Go

We went to the West YMCA today to swim. They have a nice zero entry pool as well as fountains and a water slide. We had a great time!

Look At My Boots!

Cameryn was dead set on wearing her pink boots today. I have to admit they looked pretty cute with her pink heart leggings. Could she be a future fashion designer? :)

Hippity Hop Hop

Mmmm.. Playdough Cookies

Cameryn and I made cookies with playdough on Friday. We mixed the dough in our bowl, rolled them and put them into the pan, placed them in the "oven", and then put them on a plate to cool. We made chocolate chip and then sugar for daddy since he can't have chocolate right now.
