Memorial Day Parade

We went to the parade in downtown Perrysburg this morning. It was Cameryn's first parade and she was pretty excited about getting a flag as well as some candy that was thrown. We only got there about 10 minutes before the parade started and it was already packed. Next year we will have to go earlier to stake out a place in front.

Time To Cool Off

Off To The Zoo!

Today was the perfect day for the zoo. We got there right after it opened so it wasn't too busy yet. The animals were all awake and very active today. We got to see the gorillas getting peanut butter out of a bowl using a long stick, monkeys playing with rubber duckies, and the polar bears playing together in the water. We also got to pet and comb the goats and play in the stream!

Playdough Letters

Alphabet Soup!

Cameryn got a new Cookie Monster playdough set. It's really neat because it has a bowl, spoon, and knife as well as all of the alphabet letters.

Trouble Makers

Andrew and Ben came over to play on Friday. We were planning on playing outside but it was cloudy and only in the 50's so we stayed indoors. Cameryn and Ben were were in full out crazy mode and Andrew wasn't too sure what to think. By the end of the afternoon, however, all three of them were pushing toys round and round in circles through the kitchen and dining room and screaming!

Festirama

We went to Festirama at St. Joe's Sylvania tonight with Grammy, Scott, Kristi, Andrew, and Aunt Jeano and Uncle Brad. Cameryn wasn't too sure what to think of the rides at first but ended up having a blast! We also got to have an elephant ear and pretzel and Daddy won her a stuffed monkey.

Backyard Fun

The rain finally cleared up so we could go out and play in the backyard with all of our new toys. Cameryn got a playhouse from Grammy and Grandpa for her birthday and a swingset from us. She had lots of fun and was not happy when we had to come inside. It looks like the weather for this weekend should be nice so hopefully we will get to go back outside soon!

Fun In The Sun

Yesterday we had a playdate with Ben. We went on a "bike ride" around the block which took awhile since Cameryn couldn't keep her feet on the pedals or her body on the bike for very long. Then Ben and Cameryn played in the sandbox and in the sprinkler. It was the perfect day for the sprinkler since it was so hot and humid.

Birthday Fun

Cameryn's birthday was actually on Sunday. It's hard to believe it has been two years already. We spent the day celebrating her special day as well as Mother's Day by playing with all of her new toys. We also got to go to breakfast and went swimming at the YMCA!

Happy Birthday To You...

After all of these months of singing to her friends, Cameryn finally got to have everyone sing to her and she loved it!
