Funarama!

We headed to Funarama for the second year in a row. Cameryn had a great time playing all the games and won bracelets, rings, necklaces, and horses. She also got a ladybug balloon bracelet and a butterfly balloon animal and got a pretty flower painted on her face!

Playdough You Can Eat?

Cameryn and I made Peanut butter Playdough yesterday. It was really easy to make and edible too! Cameryn actually liked eating it more than playing with it I think!

Frosting Cookies

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had some fun yesterday frosting cookies. Cameryn got to use pink, red, and white frosting and red sprinkles to decorate her own cookies. She had a great time and especially liked the sprinkles. I think she uses half the bottle!

Pretend Play

We went to Imagination Station with Ben, Barb, and Nick last week. The kids always have so much fun there pretending in the hospital, grocery store, and firetruck. Cameryn and Ben spent a good amount of time in the grocery store and had the place to themselves for quite awhile. They were having such a good time just the two of them that they weren't very happy when some other kids decided to join them. Ben also took us into the craft area this time and the kids made a picture with beans, crape paper, and foil!

Story Time

Cameryn is really into telling stories right now and she comes up with some pretty good ones! She frequently includes "Once upon a time" and "The End" in her stories and becomes pretty animated while telling them. Here are some of her latest ones. She has been into stories about bears from the song "We're going on a bear hunt" and stories about giants, mean queens, and witches.
